The beautiful Pedregal park is located just 100 yards from the house. All the villas in Pedregal enjoy the highest degree of privacy and security. |

Casa Copa de Oro has a master bedroom with walk in closet and terrace upstairs and two additional bedrooms, each with private bath downstairs. An additonal half bath is located off one of the shade porches. The kitchen and dining room are fully stocked. Relax and take a refreshing dip in the private pool. A moonlight swim under the Cabo stars is highly recommended.

| The living room is comfortably furnished in Mexican style. Enjoy satellite television with both English and Spanish channels. Local telephone calls are included. The rental villa comfortably sleeps six persons and rents for $300 per night. Discounts are available for stays over one week and for last minute bookings. |

| Once you have checked availability and know the number of nights that will spend with us, $ 50 usd per day will reserve Casa Copa de Oro just for you. | |

Payment and Cancellation Policy Once you have checked availability and sent your reservation information, I will contact you to arrange for payment for your visit. Cancellations made 30 days in advance are fully refundable. Deposits are not refundable for other cancellations. A fully refundable $300 damage deposit is required at check in. So long as the house is in good order, it will be returned to you upon your departure.
